World's largest mobile event hits London next week
One of the biggest events in the mobile calendar hits London next week, with key players from all corners of the mobile entertainment sector set to descend upon Earl's Court, on June 15-16 for the Mobile Entertainment Market 2005 expo.
The two-day meet will bring together delegates from all across the mobile value chain, from content development through to delivery. The show features a two-day conference programme featuring 90 of the biggest names in the industry.
"We're bringing together industry players" and "an altogether higher calibre of speaker" a spokesman for show organisers Informa Telecoms & Media told GamesIndustry.biz today.
Industry speakers, including Paul Maglione of I-play and Eidos' Simon Protheroe, will explore the opportunities and challenges facing mobile game content, "from multiplayer to the use of community," he continued.
In addition to mobile gaming, MEM2005 will feature keynote presentations, conferences and interviews with industry figures covering mobile music, video and broadcasting, new business models, mobile DRM, content regulation and best practice case studies from around the world.
