Wargaming.net opens San Francisco office

Military strategy specialist continues expansion

Developer and publisher Wargaming.net has announced its expansion to America with the opening of a new San Francisco office.

Jeremy Monroe will run the office as general manager.

"Jeremy has had a highly successful career, he is just the man we needed to effectively lead and build our business in the North American market," said Victor Kislyi, CEO.

Monroe has been with the company for 6 months, and has previously worked with Frogster America, Music Mogul and Sulake. He also founded consultancy Red Fog Interactive in 2006.

Wargaming.net is London based and best known for its military strategy titles like Order Of War and the Massive Assault series. It also has an office in Belarus, and in 2007 acquired Arise, an indie PC studio. The company has around 250 employees.
