Legendary takes stake in The Spire developer Raw Games
Birmingham studio has option to earn back over half of 42.5% stake

Investment firm Legendary has taken a 42.5 per cent stake in Birmingham developer Raw Games.
The studio is focused on multiple formats and an episodic business model, and is currently working on Unreal-powered PC title The Spire.
Legendary members will take board positions at the company and offer management and consultancy services for Raw Games. Staff at Raw also have the option to earn back 22.5 per cent of the equity stake from Legendary on completion of certain milestones.
