Game Developers Choice Awards opens for submissions
Nominations for ten categories now being accepted; winners to be unveiled at GDC
Think Services has announced that nominations for the 2009 Game Developers Choice Awards are now open, with ten categories available for submission of work.
The submissions will be judged and voted on by other developers and members of the industry, with winners announced at next year's GDC event in March.
"Over the last eight years, the Game Developers Choice Awards have recognized excellence in videogame development with a peer-based voting methodology. The awards are for developers, by developers," said Meggan Scavio, GDC event director. "We're honoured to be keeping the tradition alive by hosting the awards at GDC where all the creative talent will be celebrated for yet another innovative year of games."

- Best Game Design
- Best Technology
- Best Visual Arts
