Changing Channels: Find out how developers use TV and film techniques to make games

Next session explores the development process behind games such as Telling Lies, starts at 3pm BST / 10am ET / 7am PT

Our free Changing Channels digital conference continues with a look at the live-action filming techniques used in video games.

In this session, developers will share more about the processes that went into the making of titles like Telling Lies, Her Story, Deathdrap Dungeon, The Infectious Madness of Doctor Dekker, and upcoming Xbox exclusive As Dusk Falls.

In addition to the BAFTA-winning Sam Barlow, Branching Narrative's Matt Spall, D'Avekki Studios' Tim Cowles and Interior Night's Kris Cho, we have two actors to share their experiences.

Jane Perry, who stars in As Dusk Falls and has previously voiced characters in titles like Hitman, and Aislinn De'Ath, star of Doctor Dekker, will discuss how the process of filming for games and working with developers differs from their experience in TV and film.

Changing Channels explores the crossover between video games, film, TV, books and more, and runs until 10pm BST / 5pm ET / 2pm PT today.

You can watch the whole event via live.gamesindustry.biz, at our YouTube channel, or you can tune into this session below. Register your free ticket here, and you'll be sent invitation details for the post-conference networking.
