Arcadia VR shutters Moscow office
Developer announced that the branch was closed in February, invites some of its Russia-based employees to work aboard
Last week game studio Arcadia VR announced that it has shuttered its Moscow branch.
The virtual reality developer made the formal announcement on Twitter, as it attributed the closing of the office to Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
The Moscow location was closed down on February 28 the company shared in the social media post.
"There are no words to describe what we feel at the moment, the company said.
"This appalling invasion and atrocity of war have no excuse. We keep in touch with our Ukrainian colleagues and provide the necessary support."
Following the closure, the company said that it invites some of its employees from the Russian location to work aboard.
Arcadia VR was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in London, it has released titles such as Hinge, Jentrix, and the upcoming Requisition VR is slated for release soon.
