Zemi Interactive partners with Gameforge for 4Story release

Gameforge deal will make the free MMORPG available across North America

Korean developer Zemi Interactive will partner with Gameforge to make its popular MMOG 4Story available to gamers in North America, it announced today.

The free-to-play game has already proved a hit with gamers across Europe and Asia, but this deal will mark the first time those in the North America region will be able to experience the 3D monster-slaying title.

"Zemi Interactive is thrilled to finally introduce the title 4Story to North America with one of the best game publishers, Gameforge. I hope gamers in North America will truly enjoy the diverse contents of 4Story," said Zemi co-founder and CEO, Vincent Hwang.

"4Story is a full 3D MMORPG known for its diverse content, which satisfies different tastes of modern MMO users," he added.

First released last year, 4Story is free to download and play on PC but utilises a micro-transaction model which generates profits from players buying additional items for cash.

German company Gameforge already hosts the game across Europe. It also provides a range of other browser and client-based MMO games across 36 countries, boasting a registered base of 52 million players.
