Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tagforce 4

Out not for PSP

EL SEGUNDO, Calif. - November 17, 2009 - Konami Digital Entertainment, Inc. today announced Yu-Gi-Oh! Tagforce 4 is now available in retail stores nationwide. Marking its highly anticipated return to the PSP® (PlayStation®Portable) system in North America, Yu-Gi-Oh! Tagforce 4 returns with an all-star caliber of gameplay features including over 300 hours of gameplay and an engrossing story mode pulled from the plotlines of the hugely popular Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's animated series in TheCW4Kids block on The CW Television Network and on Cartoon Network. In addition, Yu-Gi-Oh! Tagforce 4 further pushes the boundaries of competition with players to competing in intense battles with each other with over 4,000 playable cards by taking advantage of the PSP system ad-hoc online multiplayer capabilities.

The Story mode within Yu-Gi-Oh! Tagforce 4 reintroduces the Dark Signers and their lust for power and destruction as they travel back to New Domino City. The return of these Earthbound Immortals banished to the Underworld will mark the stage for a historic episode that will leave Satellite and New Domino City changed for eternity. Win duel points to purchase additional cards to stack up an impressive deck in order to battle, summon and trade with the vast cast of characters throughout the city. Meet, duel and befriend some of the most popular characters of the Yu-Gi-Oh! universe as you travel throughout New Domino City in hopes of building the most competitive card deck to take on and destroy the Dark Signers.

Yu-Gi-Oh! is known throughout the world for its core gameplay element and the fast-paced card dueling. Yu-Gi-Oh! Tagforce 4 takes it to the next level by integrating dueling throughout the story mode or letting players go directly to the free-duels to jump right into the action. Players can battle opponents in one-on-one free duels or team up with a partner to defeat opponents with more than 4,000 cards, more than any other Yu-Gi-Oh! video game to date. In addition, Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tagforce 4, takes advantage of the ad-hoc capabilities of the PSP System by allowing up to four players to compete against each other at one time through cooperative gameplay or battle in one-on-one duels.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tagforce 4 delivers highly stylized, 3D animated cut scenes and provides gamers with more than 4,000 of the most up to date playable trading cards including the Ancient Prophecy card packs, which were released in September 2009. Three exclusive trading cards are also packed with the game.

Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tagforce 4 for the PSP system is rated E by the ESRB and will be available in retail stores nationwide on November 17th for the SRP of $29.99. For more information on Yu-Gi-Oh! 5D's Tagforce 4, please visit www.konami.com/yugioh
