Xevicom Forever: Remixed
Graphic novel that can be read via your PC or console's browser.
Mikomi.info, publisher of online titles for gamers across the world, has today released the first issue of the innovative graphic novel Xevicom Forever: Remixed on its website. Written by bestselling author Ray Reid, Xevicom Forever tells the interwoven tales of three very different heroes as they battle crime and social disorder in the dystopian city of Xevicom. Told over the course of four issues, Xevicom Forever was originally released digitally in 2006 and has since gained a cult following among comic book readers and fans. Combining the original story with brand new and remixed art, an updated script, and more comprehensive back story, the Remix edition of Xevicom Forever is set to become the definitive version of this series.
“The coming release of Xevicom Forever: Remixed is an incredibly exciting time for me,” writer Ray Reid enthuses, “with new and remixed art, a new script, and a new set of covers I am able to present the definitive edition of the graphic novel I have been working on for close to five years. The ability to distribute the title online for much less than standard print comics really gives us a unique opportunity to move this series forward.”
Issue number one of Xevicom Forever: Remixed is now online and can be read for free using the internet browser of any home PC or Mac, or those utilized by the Nintendo Wii and DSi, or PlayStation 3 and PlayStation Portable. Issue number two of Xevicom Forever has a provisional release date set for mid- April and a provisional price of $0.99 has been set for this and future releases. A variety of digital distribution methods are currently being arranged, including a possible future release for the Apple iPhone and iPod, details of which will follow in the coming weeks.
