Wrapstar in France
Wii, DS and PSP skins cross the Channel.
July 2008, London, United Kingdom - Wrapstar continues its quest for world domination with entry into the French market.
The skins will now be available through Casino, France’s third largest supermarket chain. Wrapstar has teamed up with Entrade to provide Casino consumers with an array of designs for Wii Nunchuk and Remote 4 Pack, DS Lite and PSP Slim.
Wrapstar will feature in Casino’s 117 stores throughout France and will certainly be snapped up by consumers, particularly as Casino is the first of its competitors to introduce a product as innovative and fresh as Wrapstar skins.
Made from top quality cast vinyl with a micro-grooved backing and special adhesive to ensure fast, fuss-free removal, Wrapstar skins are designed to customise, refresh and protect gaming hardware and iPods. Now available in numerous countries throughout Europe and as far-flung as Australia, the skins come in hundreds of funky and fashion-forward designs.
Wrapstar Managing Director Max Haddow says he is thrilled Wrapstar is continuing to launch into new territories. “ Wrapstar’s entry into the third largest mass retailer in France is truly exciting, particularly as the chain has more than 100 stores. It is yet another market that is responding well to Wrapstar’s product and style. We look forward to expanding even further in the coming months.”
Wrapstar skins can be viewed on the website at www.wrapstar-skins.com and are sold via Amazon, GAME, Woolworths, Zavvi, WH Smith and Gameseek. Wrapstar’s licensed Rugby Football Union skins are available at www.rfu.com and at Twickenham Stadium and Twickenham’s York Street store.
Priced from £ 3.99 each, there is no excuse for unfashionable hardware.
