World Cyber Games Brings America's Top Videogame Players To Las Vegas For USA Championship

- Weekend Features Halo School, TJ Lavin, Ruel Erickson, Xbox Giveaways and more

LAS VEGAS, NV September 12, 2006 - They've got furious fingers and laser-focused eyes, which is why the nearly 150 PC and videogame players coming to Las Vegas this weekend are the nation's best. They will meet at the Aladdin Hotel to battle for a coveted spot on Team USA, which will travel to Italy in October for the international World Cyber Games Grand Final. There, Team USA will defend its title as overall champions against 700 gamers from 70 countries. With their reputations and big cash prizes on the line, it's sure to be an action-packed weekend.

In addition to the actual competition, the WCG USA final will feature a series of exciting events and attractions for all audiences, including:

-- Hell on Wheels (H.O.W.), BMX Extreme Stunt Shows will dazzle the crowd with stunts performed by some of the top bike tricksters in the business, including champion rider Ruel Erickson on Saturday afternoon.

-- T.J. Lavin, X Games champion and host of MTV's Real World/Road Rules Gauntlet 2 will be on hand Sunday to meet fans and sign autographs before taking the stage to host the WCG USA Championship Awards Ceremony where he will help crown Team USA and send them off to battle the world at the WCG Grand Final in Monza, Italy.
