Winner Of The PAC-MAN Tournament 2005

MEDIA ADVISORY - For Immediate Release:

The final of the first pan-European PAC-MAN Tournament 2005 was held at Namco Station, County Hall, London on Friday 18th of November.

The overall winner of the competition was FAZLI KANDEMIR from The Netherlands, who beat the UK's Phil Sheriff with a score of 54,450, scored in maximum of 5 minutes intense gameplay.

The winners had played the latest version of PAC-MAN on their home i-mode network and uploaded their high scores over the previous two months. Networks in France, Germany, Greece, The Netherlands and The UK took part.

FAZLI KANDEMIR won the title of PAC-MAN Champion. He was awarded a special 25th anniversary edition PAC-MAN Arcade machine by Namco's Executive Director, Masaji Okubo.
