VSC Consulting Expands Public Relations Practice to Europe With Hiring of Award-Winning Journalist and PR Pro Lisa Devaney as Accounts Manager

London-based Devaney brings 18-years of experience with clients such as Microsoft, MTV, and Clear Channel to establish outpost for award-winning wireless and gaming PR boutique.

(San Francisco, CA/London UK) - Lisa Devaney has joined VSC Consulting to serve as the communication agency's United Kingdom and European ambassador. Based in London, Ms. Devaney will be the Account Manager for a variety of VSC Consulting wireless, consumer, and gaming clients seeking to reach audiences in mature mobile media and content markets.

Ms. Devaney brings approximately 18 years of journalism, public relations and marketing communications experience to the award-winning San Francisco based boutique. Beginning her career as a journalist, she earned awards for her feature writing prior to launching a career in public relations. Specializing in youth marketing, entertainment and consumer PR, she has had the fun of being the first to introduce a wide variety of new trends and technologies to audiences around the world. Her former employers include Hill & Knowlton Public Relations and past clients have included Microsoft (having been involved with the launch of Windows XP in 2001), Olympus digital cameras, MTV, Showtime and CondéNet, the online division of CondéNast publishing.

A New Yorker and a graduate of the State University of New York at Stony Brook, she relocated to London, having married a Scottsman who works as an editor. Her maiden name is Lisa Rosevear.
