Vivendi Games Mobile Breaks Into Telephia's Top Ten U.S. Mobile Games Publishers List during the Second Quarter of 2007

Award-Winning Titles and Cutting Edge Marketing Campaigns Drive Performance

LOS ANGELES - August 6, 2007 - Vivendi Games Mobile, a division of Vivendi Games, today confirmed its inclusion as one of the Top 10 U.S. mobile games publishers list according to results from the second quarter report published yesterday by mobile entertainment market research firm Telephia*. Telephia is the world's largest provider of syndicated consumer research to the telecom and mobile media markets.

Key titles contributing to Vivendi Games Mobile's outstanding performance in the second quarter of 2007 were Black Hawk Down® which received an Editor's Award from Wireless Gaming World and a Gold Award from Mobilegamefaqs.com; Surviving High School '07 which was awarded the Editor's Award from Wireless Gaming World; and The Legend of Spyro: A New Beginning which was awarded a Gold Award from Mobilegamefaqs.com.
