Players embark on a one-of-a-kind journey with a rag-tag crew of Vikings as they set out on a hungover mission to uncover the fortune they lost after a wild night of Viking drinking games. Uff da!
In Vikings Row! , players must collect as many gold coins as possible in the given timeframe by guiding a swift and agile boat through six dangerous worlds. As the rowers set out to complete their mission, they control their ship by using gesture controls and swiping their fingers alongside the on-screen boat. Along the way, gamers will collect power-ups, earn awards and score bonus points, all while trying to avoid perilous traps throughout the six Viking worlds that include their home Midgard, the Maelstrom underworld, the inside of Hron the whale, the icy world of Niflheim, the lava rivers of Hel and finally the warrior playgrounds of Valhalla! By unlocking the Berserk Mode power up, the plunderers will be able to smash objects and collect coins more efficiently, showing off the true power of those horned helmets. And with 48 levels, hidden challenges and endless re-playability, the game provides enough content to last until the next Viking Age!
"Men! To the longship!" said Bjorn, Viking leader. "We must traverse the far corners of the earth and beyond to find our missing gold. With heads throbbing and bellies queasy, we must do everything in our power to uncover every last piece of gold! And we should probably give up drinking for, well, at least a couple days. Now Vikings, Row!"
Vikings Row! is fully iOS4 compliant, including multi-tasking, and features beautiful, colorful graphics built for Retina Display. And with iPod library support, Vikings can opt to listen to their own music while playing.
