LEICESTER, MAY 5th – SouthPeak Games has today released a ‘kill reel’ trailer for World War Two stealth action title, Velvet Assassin . Scheduled for release on May 8th in the UK for the Xbox 360® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft and Windows PC, Velvet Assassin chronicles the struggle of Violette Summer, a British spy behind enemy lines disrupting the Nazi war effort.

British gamers interested in discovering more about Violette’s troubled past should make sure they pick up a copy of Velvet Assassin from their local Gamestation, to receive an extremely limited-edition digital graphic novel. Penned by Aeon Flux creator and world-famous artist Peter Chung, the comic details Violette’s early years and how she became a part of the war effort. The graphic novel is exclusively available in Ireland at GameStop.
