Ubisoft Announces Enchanted Arms™ Exclusively for Xbox 360™

London, UK - MAY 2, 2006 - Today Ubisoft, one of the world's largest video game publishers, announced that it will publish Enchanted Arms exclusively for the Xbox 360 video game and entertainment system from Microsoft. Enchanted Arms, created by development studio FromSoftware in Japan and one of the first true next-generation RPG adventure games, takes place in a fantasy world filled with beautiful cinematic graphics. Enchanted Arms is the only RPG with a fast-action battle system that enables the player to move their character while in-battle. Enchanted Arms is scheduled to ship in North America and Europe in summer 2006.

In Enchanted Arms, players will embark on an epic adventure filled with unique characters and over 75 special controllable creatures that players can unlock as they progress throughout the game. Players will take on the role of Atsuma, an Enchanter-in-training, and will transform from a naïve student to the most powerful saviour in a war 1,000 years in the making. As the story develops, players face increasingly difficult challenges and learn to master Atsuma's special fighting and magical abilities.
