Trinigy: Successful internationalisation strategy
Eningen, Germany, July 18th, 2005: Trinigy GmbH, a market-leading developer of 3D Games Middleware, today announced that four new full-price game titles will be based on the Vision Game Engine. Brainfactor Ltd., an established development company with offices in the USA and Hungary, will develop three Vision-based titles. Furthermore, the South-Korean game development group NeoWiz Co. Ltd. signed a licensing contract for developing a MMO game using the same technology.
"By basing our products on the Vision Engine, we can drastically increase our productivity and save time and money", explains Brainfactor's CEO, Miklos Szabo. "Furthermore, Trinigy's powerful technology is a versatile high-performance toolkit which helps us realise our ambitious plans for an amazing gaming experience." The first product Brainfactor is developing with the Vision engine is a Fantasy Role Playing Game scheduled for release in 2006.
"Vision not only has high performance graphics abilities but also a well-structured and flexible engine architecture, so game developers can create a good game with ease", explains Jae-Young Kim, Producer at NeoWiz. "Besides that, a comprehensive and well-integrated tool set provides us with a smooth and more effective workflow."
It doesn't come as a surprise that the people at Trinigy are very pleased about the expansion of their international business. "We're glad to see successful and internationally ambitious developers from Eastern Europe choose our technology for their upcoming titles. Furthermore, by powering another title in the competitive Asian market for MMO games, the Vision engine clearly underlines its global standing", says Richard Radmacher, Director of International Sales at Trinigy. "The company profiles of our new partners vividly show that our international product strategy is heading into the right direction."
At the moment, more than thirty game projects are already based on the Vision technology, with the portfolio ranging from first-person shooters over strategy games to massively multiplayer online games. Screenshots of current Vision-based projects can be found on the Trinigy homepage (www.trinigy.de).
