In Diagnosis, the player takes on the role of the clever yet sarcastic Dr. Gabriel Cunningham, using the patients' commentaries and putting them under observation to conclusively determine the ailments they are suffering from. Dr. Cunningham's computer sidekick RONI helps analyze data, but it's up the player to make an accurate diagnosis.

The entire Trauma Team video walkthrough series consists of, in order of release: Surgery with CR-S01, Endoscopy with Dr. Tamoe Tachibana, Orthopedics with Dr. Hank Freebird, Forensics with Dr. Naomi Kimishima, First Response with Dr. Maria Torres, and Diagnosis with Dr. Gabriel Cunningham. Follow the drama of each specialty as never before with all-new dynamic story sequences inspired by Japanese animation and comics.
