Date of issue 15/08/2005

Leading DVD & games retail chain ChoicesUK, formerly Choices Video, is bringing top technology directly into the living room with the launch of a brand new entertainment TV shopping channel "ChoicesUK TV" - hosted by TV star, Paul Ross.

No longer will tech-hungry shoppers have to trawl the Net or wander the High Street searching for the latest gadgets and gizmos. From 12 Noon on the 15 August 2005 all you need to do is switch to Channel 697 on the Sky guide for ChoicesUK TV. ChoicesUK TV is selling DVD, games and technology at great prices, all available 24 hours a day, seven days a week, for delivery direct to your door.

Featuring a huge range of products to suit every pocket and taste - from bargain DVDs and games to high-tech home cinema equipment - the ChoicesUK TV channel will cater for those keen to catch the latest new DVD and game releases, as well as those who demand the very best from their entertainment equipment.

ChoicesUK TV will be hosted by TV and entertainment guru, Paul Ross, renowned film buff and self-confessed home cinema addict. Paul will be entertaining and informing viewers, detailing the latest and greatest releases in DVD, games and gadgets, as well as guiding prospective purchasers through the process of ringing in to purchase items.

The channel will also help customers find the perfect home cinema equipment, with a number of big technology brands already signed to appear. Whether customers are searching for the right integrated digital surround sound solution or looking for speakers, amps or digital decoders, the highly experienced ChoicesUK TV team will be on hand 24/7 to ensure that people make the right choice.

ChoicesUK TV will also offer the complete range of current consoles, including X-Box, PS2 and the various Gameboy models, whilst simultaneously gearing up next-gen platforms X-Box 360, PS3 and Sony's imminent hand held device, the PSP.

"With ChoicesUK's years of direct-to-home delivery experience, I have complete confidence that our strong product range will be supported by excellent service and delivery."
