Eidos Interactive, one of the world's leading publishers and developers of entertainment software, is ushering in a new era of games for mobile phones with confirmation that Lara Croft Tomb Raider: Legend will be released on all compatible handsets in December 2006. In the UK the game will be available exclusively through Orange until the beginning of 2007.
Breaking the mould for games on mobile handsets Tomb Raider Legend for mobile puts Lara Croft in your pocket in this conversion of the hit 2006 console title. Emulating the gameplay and cinematic action of the successful console version of Tomb Raider Legend, the mobile game lets Lara jump, sidestep, roll, shoot, climb, and use the grappling hook to navigate the 3D environment.
Based on a revolutionary game engine, Tomb Raider Legend for mobile takes advantage of the increased processing power and graphics capability of the latest mobile phones, giving users an unprecedented gaming experience.
