Tiger's charge falls short

Tiger Woods PGA Tour 08 has entered the UK all-formats chart at number two this week, according to sales information collated by Chart Track and licensed by ELSPA, for the week ending September 1.

That means that BioShock stayed for another week in the top spot, while Dr Kawashima's Brain Training remained at number 3.

The second new entry into the top 10 came in the shape of Stuntman: Ignition, debuting in ninth, while other notable titles Medieval II: Total War — Kingdoms and Guild Wars: Eye of the North only managed first week placements of 16th and 19th respectively.

Big Brain Academy: Wii Degree was the biggest climber at the top end of the chart, jumping up 17 places to number six.

EA pair Madden NFL 08 and Boogie could only manage 27th and 28th in their first week of sale.
