Tiga, The Independent Game Developers Association, presented its annual gongs at a glittering awards ceremony held last night in London.

London, England, 31st January 2008: Tiga, The Independent Game Developers Association, presented its annual gongs at a glittering awards ceremony held last night in London.
The awards which are voted by and won by Tiga members are given in recognition of outstanding contributions to the development community throughout 2007.
Commenting on the awards Fred Hasson, the departing TIGA CEO, said "The European development community represents some of the best talent in the world. The awards presented last night are treasured by the winners as they are voted by and presented by their peers."

The awards took place at the Haymarket Hotel, London on the 30th January 2008, the 2007 Tiga awards were voted on by Tiga members.
