THQ to work with Sega in Europe

THQ has announced its agreement with Sega Europe to publish several titles on Nintendo's Game Boy Advance in Europe, Australia and "other international territories".

The games to be released under the deal include three titles based on the enormously popular Sonic the Hedgehog franchise. The publisher has already released two previous Sonic Advance titles in North America. The full line-up includes Sonic Pinball Party, Sonic Battle, Sonic Advance 3, Shining Soul II and Shining Force. The first titles to launch will be Sonic Pinball this winter.

Sega Europe's Sales & Marketing VP Mike Sherlock commented: "We are looking forward to working together with THQ for the release of these quality games.
