IRVINE, CA – June 06, 2010 – LITTLE ORBIT ( www.littleorbit.com), the worldwide publisher and developer of entertainment products for the casual video game marketplace, are pleased to announce that they will be showcasing, The Heavy at the 2010 E3 Expo, Los Angeles Convention Center, June 15-17, booth 4436 in the West Hall. The company also has plans to reveal several unannounced products.

The Heavy is currently in development by Team 6 Games Studio and is due to be released in the 3rd Quarter of 2010 on PC and Xbox LIVE ® Arcade for the Xbox 360 ® video game and entertainment system from Microsoft.

The Heavy Game Story:

In the game you will play Boots; a freelance money collector whose task is to find, collect and deliver cash and goods whilst driving around the streets of London. Boots is one of the best money collectors in town; his driving skills match his fists, fast and hard.

At the beginning you are only known by a few, but as the story unfolds you become known to street hustlers, petty criminals, drug dealers, racer boys and leading crime figures – all of whom pay for your skills. The Heavy will offer fans a whole exciting storyline that is full of twists and surprises.

The Heavy will offer an opened, fast-paced driving action-movie experience, featuring an unfolding storyline that will develop over the next few years to include double crossing and revenge.

"The Heavy" Parkland Pictures is a British-made film was directed and created by Marcus Warren, a new British talent in the world of cinema. The film is a political crime thriller about family rivalry and betrayal. The game is based on film "The Heavy".

"The Heavy" boasts an impressive British cast, led by British Independent Film Award Nominee Gary Stretch (Dead Man’s Shoes, Alexander), Vinnie Jones (X-Men:The Last Stand, Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels), musician Lee Ryan from ‘Blue’ in his first on-screen role, Academy Award ® Nominee Stephen Rea (The Crying Game, V for Vendetta), Adrian Paul (Highlander Endgame, Alien Tracker), Christopher Lee (Alice in Wonderland, The Lord of The Rings), Shannyn Sossamon (A Knight’s Tale, 40 Days and 40 Nights) and Sadie Frost (Love, Honour and Obey).
