The Grand National Goes Mobile with Player One Sports
Mobile channel provides access to compelling Grand National content including live races, John McCririck's top tip, classic past nationals and the ultimate Grand National mobile Game
London, 10 April 2007 - Player One Sports, a division of leading mobile content provider and games publisher Player One, today announces it has acquired the mobile content rights to the Aintree Grand National for the next three years.
Under the terms of the licence, Player One Sports will be able to offer fans live streaming from every race from this year's Grand National meeting, top tips and previews from leading pundit John McCririck, stirring video action from ten of the Grand National's most famous races, as well as giving fans the chance to saddle up and compete in the highly addictive Aintree Grand National 2007 mobile game
Having thrilled fans for more than 159 years, The Grand National Horse Race is often called the world's greatest and most famous steeplechase. The course is nearly two and a quarter miles in length and has 16 unique fences including the famous Bechers Brook. Today, it is watched by 600 million worldwide and the race is still as exciting as ever, drawing bigger attendances and followers for the race meeting year on year.

Grand National content will be available on major networks in the UK and be launched to coincide with the event which takes place from 12th April to 14th April in Liverpool.
