The GamesIndustry.biz Podcast returns, first episode available now

Dan and James are joined by FuturLab's Kirsty Rigden to discuss virtual reality in the year ahead as well as the tech's future applications beyond games

The GamesIndustry.biz Podcast is back, and this time it's here to stay. Every fortnight - or maybe even more regularly if there's plenty happening - we'll be delivering an audio package of opinion and analysis on the latest happenings in the industry.

Every episode will be kept to 30-45 minutes long in order to better fit into the busy schedules of games industry professionals around the world, and will feature experts from every corner of the business as well as on-site discussions at major games events.

For our first episode, we are joined by FuturLab's development director Kirsty Rigden to discuss the latest developments in the virtual reality market, as well as Kirsty's experience working with the tech as her studio embarks on its first VR project.

Dan and James also discuss what you can expect from GamesIndustry.biz in the coming year and look ahead at our most anticipated events and releases for 2017.
