The Games Tribe launches
Three new websites unveiled, covering FPSes, the 3DS and comic book games.
Bristol, 07/12/10
The Games Tribe, the specialist video games media business, today marks the next phase of its expansion with the launch of three new websites, each covering niche gaming areas. Reporting on all the latest happenings in and around the first-person shooter genre is www.fpstribe.com. The site will be managed by Adrian Vergara, who also runs Australian-based website leveluptimes.com. Long-time games journalist Dean Samways covers games based around comic books and films at www.kapowgames.com, while a group of seasoned Nintendo fans offer comprehensive coverage of the forthcoming Nintendo 3DS handheld console and its games at www.3dstribe.com.
All three sites come under the umbrella of parent site www.thegamestribe.com and will be overseen by editor-in-chief Nick Ellis. The launches represent a continuation of the next phase of The Games Tribe’s planned expansion and follow the launch of two specialist RPG blogs at the start of the December, www.raidingparty.net and www.jrpgtribe.com. Further launches will follow later this month and early in the new year.
The Games Tribe's Rich Keith said: “These new sites will enable us to extend our influence into these key gaming areas with each of them reaching out to all the specialist blogs, fansites and communities that cover these niches.”

The Games Tribe is looking for writers to manage its next wave of site launches. Anyone interested in writing for and maintaining one of our planned sites can email Nick Ellis for more details at nick@thegamestribe.com
