TGC – The Games Company Gives Positive Summary of GC

Berlin-based Publisher Appreciates Success of Games Convention

Berlin, 31st August 2007: Last weekend the Games Convention 2007 in Leipzig ended with record attendance and media coverage. The Berlin-based games publisher TGC - The Games Company gives a consistently positive summary of the world's biggest games fair. Presented games like the adventure "Everlight - Power to the Elves!", the sports management simulation "Heimspiel - Handballmanager 2008", the strategy game "War Leaders: Clash of Nations" as well as the newly announced titles "Heimspiel - Basketballmanager 2008" and "Tell" (the official game of the identically named movie) filled journalists and gamers with enthusiasm.

The ambitious publisher from Germany's capital city profited from their presence at the GC in many ways: Gamers came in flocks to the TGC Beach Club in the consumer area and participated in the photo session that was accompanied by a competition. The cooperation with energy drink manufacturer rhino's proved to be a success, so that both partners agreed to intensify their collaboration in future projects. Especially our neighbours from Austria and Switzerland appreciated the adventure "Tell", which will be released at the same date as the movie. Future potential projects cast their shadows and new international business clients open doors to new markets.

Markus Malti, CEO of TGC, is glad about the current trend: "With our presence at this year's GC we managed to incite great awareness of potential partners, journalists and customers. The Games Convention has not only affirmed but expanded its good reputation as the games industry's leading exhibition."
