TERA offers gamers a back story packed with lore that is as rich as the graphics on-screen. The Berlin-based European publisher of TERA , Frogster, is pleased to unsheathe a sharp new trailer that shows off the forthcoming MMORPG’s spectacular looks and its intricate story.

The trailer opens by taking the viewer through the vast landscapes, landmarks, and cities in the world of TERA . Transported to a town square, we see Samael grinning as he is being elected the new lord of the TERA world. Few know, however, that behind the grin, Samael plans to use his newfound political capital to evil ends. The newly elected lord’s intent becomes clear as he summons an army of monsters to inflict misery on the masses. As the world plunges into chaos, Kubel is summoned to put a stop to Samael’s nefarious plans for domination and rid the world of TERA of this scourge. As the showdown finally arrives, all hands are on hilt and swords are drawn.
