Success is defined, Courvoisier® The Future 500 has arrived; the judges have chosen Rupert Loman as the media category Courvoisier One to Watch

London: Nov 2007. If success breeds success, then Rupert Loman of Eurogamer.net will become a powerful player in the future of media. Selected by COURVOISIER® The Future 500 judges as a shining star of the category, Rupert is a luminary worthy of distinction and a place in any rolodex.

The list of 500 individuals, representing ten business categories, has been developed in partnership with trade publications and judges. Just ten Courvoisier Ones to Watch have been singled out by the judging panel, making it into the list is an accolade of distinction. The process of creating the list of 500 started in May with; nominations, self applications, grading and then judging taking place between specialist Courvoisier judges and partners.

Ed Bartlett, media category judge, from IGA Worldwide comments: "The quality of entrants to the media category has been astonishing, which bodes extremely well for the future media landscape in the UK. Rupert was the standout nominee, in more than one area; from showing the initial foresight to become involved with a rapid growth sector, to demonstrating fantastic entrepreneurial skills and mature business acumen from a young age. Rupert has managed to build a successful business, despite strong challenges from more established 'traditional' incumbents."

Inside the COURVOISIER® The Future 500, are five hundred people; driven, motivated and serious about getting ahead in their business and career. Courvoisier knows it is people who build businesses, and access to the right people at the right time can turn a good proposition into a golden opportunity.

With this in mind, the COURVOISIER® The Future 500 Network has been built for the exclusive use of the individuals who have made it onto the 2007 list. Only they will be able to connect other list members, through a purpose built online world. Sharing knowledge, enjoying tutorials and forums, undertaking offers and capitalising on exclusive networking opportunities is what makes getting into The Future 500 special.

Jeanette Edwards, Marketing Controller Beam Global UK comments: "Courvoisier The Future 500 is an amazing showcase of business talent, there are so many driven people making a success of themselves in the UK. We wanted to create a platform that would reward 500 achievers who really stood out with a personal accolade for their C.V. and an online environment which will help them to further develop their greatness within."
