Squid Yes, Not So Octopus: 360

Eurogamer Expo-starring shooter available from Xbox LIVE now.

2nd November 2009 - After a triumphant turn at this years Eurogamer Expo courtesy of the Pixel-Lab Indie Arcade, the chaps of Bagfull Of Wrong have brought their own brand of cephalopod madness onto the Xbox 360 with Squid Yes, Not So Octopus: 360, a tripped out bananas arena shooter with more than a wiff of hairy beast to it.

With only 8 minutes to save the Earth from destruction, guide SYNSO The Squid with his laser beams of epic destruction around a series of strangely familiar arenas enjoying the light show as you go, causing chaos, carnage and destruction in your wake. With a maximum score of 9 to earn, SYNSO:360 will keep you on your toes and dazzle your eyes with its pretty lights.

Unusually for such a fast paced title, Squid Yes, Not So Octopus: 360 comes complete with a number of optional gamer assists to help encourage the take up of accessibility features in games. With an easily activated one switch mode based on William Pilgrim's 4Noah software, players can enjoy SYNSO:360 with a single button. Practice mode enables the player to switch off enemy collisions, a first in a commercial arena shooter and with modifiable effects and audio settings too, Bagfull Of Wrong are proud to set a baseline for other developers to work from.

Squid Yes, Not So Octopus 360 is available to download right away from the Xbox Live Indie Games Service and costs 80 Points.
