Square Enix, a leader in interactive entertainment products and Verizon Wireless, the nation's leading wireless service provider, today announced the availability of Square Enix's latest mobile title HEXCITE Fusion on Verizon Wireless. HEXCITE Fusion is available on 30 different Verizon Wireless phones including select models from Audiovox, Kyocera, LG, Motorola and Samsung.
HEXCITE Fusion is based on popular board game that has shipped over 800,000 copies in the U.S. and Japan combined. Shifting shapes to form a geometric strategy, players will find themselves losing track of time as minutes turn into hours in this highly addictive and challenging puzzle game. Players can connect with a friend in a competitive two-player mode or match wits against three different AI levels.
"Square Enix"s mobile development is perhaps best known for multifaceted, RPG styled titles for high-end handsets, but we also want to offer entertaining and highly accessible titles for people without them having to be fans of a game series or owning the latest handset," said Kosei Ito, Vice President for Square Enix Mobile Products. "HEXCITE Fusion is a great example of this focus - it's a puzzle game that's accessible to a broad range of people plus we've added a unique element which allows for one on one matches."
PRICING
HEXCITE Fusion is available for a monthly subscription fee of $1.99 or $4.99 for unlimited use, in addition to monthly subscriber fees. A trial version (3 minutes) is also available on supported handsets.
