SpeedTree
Avatar's foliage generator to be used in Section 8: Prejudice.
The sequel, to be sold exclusively via digital distribution for Windows, Xbox® 360 and PlayStation® 3 platforms, follows the success of Section 8, released in 2009 to critical acclaim which also featured SpeedTree.
“SpeedTree delivered the flexibility and the efficiency to give us the environment quality we want in Section 8: Prejudice,” said Adel Chaveleh, President and CEO at TimeGate. “With a multitude of unique environments for players to explore, SpeedTree was heavily leveraged in the creation of our large, open maps and futuristic battlefields.”
Section 8: Prejudice was identified by Electronic Theatre in January as the most anticipated digital title of 2011.
