Softkinetic hires former 3DVIA VP to lead sales and marketing
Virgile Delporte is appointed by 3D gesture recognition software company
Leading 3D gesture recognition software provider Softkinetic has hired former 3DVIA VP Virgile Delporte to lead its sales and marketing efforts.
The company said today that Delporte would be responsible for driving its branding and communications strategies, as well as expanding sales and new business opportunities.
"Virgile Delporte's experience and stellar track record in business development and marketing will be crucial for taking our company to the next level," said Michel Tombroff, CEO of Softkinetic.

Prior to his tenure with 3DVIA, Delporte founded a North American subsidiary of Virtools in Montreal, which was acquired by Dassault Systemes in 2005.
