After falling silent for two months the retailer returns with a change in its control

As reported by VGC, the company seen some organizational changes during the time it was closed.

During the month of March, Neil Muspratt, director of Simply Games' parent company, Black Cloth Trading, transferred 50% of the retailer's shares to Daniel Whitehead.

Whitehead then received the remaining shares from James Rowson, previous director of Simply, and Julie Rowson.

VGC notes that Simply Games' website is online again with no statement or explanation issued since its reactivation.

When it was reported that the company was ramping down its operations the website had the following message:

"We are currently undergoing scheduled maintenance and expect to be back very soon! We appreciate your patience."
