Signature Devices Launches Graffiti Entertainment, Game Development and Publishing Subsidiary
SUNNYVALE, Calif, March 22, 2006 - Signature Devices, Inc. (Other OTC:SDVI.PK - News; www.signaturedevices.com) a premiere creator, developer and manufacturer of advanced information technology, today announced it has established Graffiti Entertainment, LLC, a video game publishing subsidiary. Signature Device's highly regarded game development studio will now shift into the new company, placing game development and publishing under the same roof.
"Establishing an in-house game publishing company was a natural evolution for us considering the dynamic and talented creative team we have in place," says Kenneth Hurley CEO/CTO of Signature Devices. "The seamless integration of our publishing and development operations will enable us to develop and release an increasing number of awesome games to the world market."
Graffiti Entertainment will continue to create games for other publishers, and now develop and publish its own proprietary video games. It will also distribute games worldwide for other developers. Graffiti Entertainment is currently completing several highly anticipated video games titles with release dates planned during 2006.
As game development and publishing moves to its Graffiti Entertainment division, Signature Devices will expand its Hardware and Embedded Systems sales, and increase its government contract business, specifically in 3D simulations.
