Nickelodeon's games download site now offering over 700 casual games for $6.99 each.

SAN FRANCISCO - Sept. 16, 2009 - Shockwave, a unit of the Nickelodeon Kids and Family Games Group, announces an all-new pricing structure for its downloadable games, advancing its position as a leader in the casual games market. Beginning today, gamers will be able to purchase more than 700 of the world's most popular casual downloadable games for just $6.99 each. The new price is offered to individual game purchasers without the restrictions and on-going purchase requirements of other download game services that offer games below $10. Shockwave will also continue to run its premium Shockwave Unlimited subscription service which allows users unlimited access to the full catalog of downloadable games for a low monthly fee of $5.
