Now sailing under the flag of Iceberg Interactive.
Haarlem, The Netherlands- May 28th 2009 - Recently formed videogame publisher Iceberg Interactive today announced that it has signed the rights for various European territories for Ship Simulator 2008 by Dutch developer VSTEP. The deal includes Ship Simulator 2008, it’s add-on Ship Simulator 2008 New Horizons and Ship Simulator 2008 Collector’s Edition. Iceberg Interactive has acquired the rights for Europe, excluding Scandinavia, Germany, Russia and Benelux.
“While the Ship Simulator community is no doubt waiting for VSTEP’s next installment Ship Simulator Extremes, set for release in 2010, we will be focusing on extending the existing community and re-launching the current games at lower price points to meet market demand. This is still the benchmark game for ship simulation,” said Iceberg Interactive CEO Erik Schreuder.
