SANTA CLARA, Calif. – March 15, 2010 – Aeria Games has announced a major content update for the critically-acclaimed, free-to-play, massively multiplayer online role-playing game (MMORPG), Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine Online (also referred to as Megaten). To celebrate the event, Aeria Games is giving away a free in-game item (the Jack Frost Cameo Ring) and 200 Aeria Points (AP) to all Megaten players.
This brand new content update includes the high-level dungeon, “Kuchinawa Cave,” which allows players to team up and tackle the long awaited demon boss Yamatano-Orochi. Additionally, the content update includes a lengthy list of new demons to acquire, a new plug-in to Qing-Long, special alignment-based bosses and rewards, and a level cap increase from 93 to 97.
Shin Megami Tensei: Imagine Online is a 3D anime MMORPG set in a dark, post-apocalyptic Tokyo. Survivors play the role of “Demon Busters” and embark on an epic adventure to restore the fallen city. Some of the game’s primary features include a strategic skill-based character development system, hundreds of diverse demons to combat or ally with, rich cinematic sequences that complement the intriguing Megaten backstory, and a host of deep character customization options to satisfy all types of players.
