Law firm joins UK developer trade body.

Sheridans, the media and entertainment law firm, has joined Tiga.
Sheridans is one of the most respected specialist law firms in the UK with over 50 years experience in providing expert advice to the leisure media and entertainment industry. In computer games, Sheridans has experience working right across the industry with developers, publishers, brand and character licensors, licensees and content creators.
Sheridans has experience of: publishing and distribution agreements; protection and exploitation of intellectual property rights; sales, acquisitions, mergers and reorganisations; specialist employment advice; third party contracting and outsourcing arrangements; licensing arrangements; and online commercial activities and terms.
