New video released of Klei Entertainment's (and, now, EA's) 2D brawler.

What: Coming out of last week's exciting announcement of a publishing deal with EA Partners to bring Shank to XBLA, PSN and PC this summer, Klei Entertainment released a video of its upcoming 2D cinematic brawler today, showcasing new levels, new moves and new bosses coming to the game.

This video supports its showing at this year's Game Developer Conference in San Francisco, Calif. March 11-13, 2010. As one of the 2010 Independent Game Festival (IGF) finalists (and recognized for its excellence in "Visual Art"), Shank will be on display at the IGF Pavilion during regular Expo Hall hours.

Where: Shank game kiosk in the IGF Pavilion, GDC Expo Hall (South Hall), Moscone Convention Center in San Francisco, Calif. during the following hours:

Thursday, March 11 10am-6pm

Friday, March 12 10am-6pm

Saturday, March 13 10am-3pm

PLEASE NOTE: Trailers/demos/videos for "M" or "AO"-rated games (or “RP” games anticipated to receive a rating of "M" or "AO") can be placed for exhibition on the Internet only if the following conditions are met:

(1) the demo/trailer/video (or, at company’s option, the game website) is appropriately age-gated;

(2) the demo/trailer/video is not placed on websites where 45% or more of the visitors are under 17 years of age;

(3) the demo/trailer/video does not contain excessive or gratuitous content; and

(4) when displaying a demo/trailer/video on a third-party website, a company must use its best efforts (as outlined below) to ensure that the third-party website displays a compliant age-gate. If the third party does not display a compliant age-gate, then the publisher must provide such third party with an edited version of the demo/trailer/video that is suitable for a general audience

Electronic Arts and Klei Entertainment must request and ensure that third party web sites to which these trailers are provided use an age-gate. Please use these guidelines when posting this Shank video.
