Sennari Entertainment Debuts PrizePlay(TM) Mobile Gaming Service At CITA 2005 Billboard/Mecca Conference
Highly anticipated presentation scheduled for 10:30 am PST on Monday, September 26 at San Francisco’s Moscone Center.
(LOS ANGELES/SAN FRANCISCO, CA) - Sennari Entertainment, a leader in developing and publishing mobile entertainment and loyalty applications, today announced that CEO Bill Barhydt will deliver a mobile gaming demonstration, "Connected Mobile Gaming," during this year's CTIA Billboard/Mecca event at Moscone West in downtown San Francisco. The presentation, scheduled in Room 3002 on Monday, September 26, from 10:30 to 11:00 am, will be the first public viewing of the company's PrizePlayTM gaming service, which is the industry's first mobile, connected, skill-with-prize gaming service. The company will also offer a sneak peak at major licensing partnerships that will soon be announced.
Sennari's PrizePlayTM gaming service is the first and only catalog of mobile games that offers the chance to win a prize in every game played. The suite of pay-per-play games encourages repeat play and offers a complete turn-key "games for prizes" solution to generate immediate revenue. PrizePlayTM includes over a dozen exciting titles to be released on an ongoing basis over the next 12 months.
All PrizePlayTM games support pay-per-play with virtual game tokens. Players collect points, called Bling, for winning games. Bling can be redeemed for prizes using the BlingaderoTM Rewards Service directly from the mobile phone or via the Web. Prizes range from free mobile content and music to physical prizes such as electronics, DVD's, books, travel, dinner gift certificates, and more.
"The future of mobile gaming is all about casual gaming combined with community and transactional capabilities to create a more compelling user experience and a real cost of change with the consumer," Barhydt commented. "Sennari is one of the few companies with expertise in developing, distributing, and managing such programs, and we can handle the full suite of services network operators require to maintain profitable operations."
The skill-with-prize application is made available through Sennari's proprietary platform, which is an event-driven, client/server platform for adding messaging and transaction capabilities to any networked application. Such capabilities include: real-time game interaction; executing transactions that involve storing points, currencies, tokens, or coupons; pay-per-play or tournament-style gaming models; and prize-based games.
