Sennari bolsters executive management team
Mike Loo joins firm as CFO.
Sennari Entertainment, creator of the first loyalty and CRM platform for the mobile industry, has announced the appointment of Mike Loo to the role of chief financial officer.
Loo will be responsible for overseeing the company's entire financial structuring and management, including sales performance, strategic planning and investments. The new CFO brings with him some 25 years of high profile, executive level financial experience.

His strong background in finance, coupled with his extensive operational experience in high-growth application/software services will allow us to continue to strengthen and expand our global business."
Prior to his new appointment, Loo was responsible for significant contributions to the growth and expansion of various companies, including Oracle, Sybase and Vantive Corporation. In his role as VP of finance and chief accounting officer for Vantive, Loo developed and managed the firm's infrastructure to support all areas of financing, including risk management, SEC reporting, treasury and sales operations.
Sennari Entertainment offers the first mobile loyalty and CRM solution, enabling developers and publishers to implement prize-based games, rewards systems, loyalty schemes and connected mobile gameplay. Designed to reduce churn and enhance the customer relationship with both brands and service providers, Sennari has created a rewards system and prize-per-play service unique to the mobile industry.
Backed by a number of investors, including UV Partners, Novak Biddle and Blacksmith Capitol, the firm successfully completed its Series B funding round in September, which closed at USD 5 million. The investment will be used to expand and enhance its loyalty rewards platform, with Loo at the helm to steer the company's financial investments.
