Details have been confirmed for the fourth annual KRI event, the Russian Game Developers Conference, which will take place in Moscow during April.

Taking place at the Kosmos Hotel in Moscow from April 7th-9th, the event is designed to enable developers a unique focal point to share experience, meet colleagues and communicate their ideas and products to the professional public.

Attracting developers, publishers, middleware providers and hardware manufacturers from all over Russia and former USSR countries, the KRI event will feature an extensive program of events which includes lectures, panels, round table discussions, presentations, unveilings of new products and games, and the only professional award ceremony for game developers in Russia, the KRI Awards.

Since its inception in 2003, organisers have seen a consistent growth in the number of attendees, expecting the largest turn-out ever in 2006. New to this year's event is the provision of a Business Lounge, which is a quiet area set away from the hustle and bustle of the crowds, allowing conference visitors to discuss business ideas and further negotiations in relative peace during the conference.

Additionally, the conference will include a dedicated Projects Fair, for independent Russian developers to showcase their games to interested publishers, with the intention of securing local and international distribution contracts.

Interested parties can find more information and registration details for the event, by visiting the official conference website.
