Feb 18, 2010 – Hanover, Germany

Rocketbox Studios GmbH, the company specialized in the creation of 3d characters and animations, has announced that all their products will be available for licensing with a price discount of 20% during February 2010.

Rocketbox develops and distributes a product line named “Rocketbox Libraries”, consisting of prefab 3d characters and animations for 3ds Max and Maya. The libraries are offered as different sets of rigged and animated humans and animals, optimized for realtime applications like games, simulations and virtual worlds as well as for rendering. The products which are available for licensing at a discounted rate are "Complete Characters", "Complete Soldiers" and "Complete Animals".

Customers that licensed the libraries are from very different fields of software development and graphics design, for example game developers, architects, visualization studios, universities as well as developers creating simulations, serious games and web applications. They profit from the fact that the included 3d characters and animations are ready to use and easy to modify, which can save a lot of time and money in building their products. And now with the discounted rates, the savings can even be bigger for customers that license before the end of February.
