Richard Sturgess appointed as Trade Advertising Sales Manager
Brighton, England, October 12, 2005: There are changes afoot this week at Eurogamer Network as the UK's leading videogames website publisher brings new talent on board from Wednesday 12th October.
The Brighton-based company, which publishes the leading videogame industry website, GamesIndustry.biz, and the newly launched MobileIndustry.biz (for mobile and handheld games professionals), is pleased to announce the appointment of Richard Sturgess as Advertising Sales Manager, taking over all trade marketing and recruitment advertising across the sites. Richards' career history takes in 10 years of regional radio sales working for both Chrysalis and GWR before joining Future in 2004 as Recruitment Account Manager for EDGE magazine.
This appointment is the latest step in Eurogamer Network's impressive growth as a media publisher, following on from exciting recent developments such as Eurogamer.net's content syndication deal with Yahoo! UK, the launch of MobileIndustry.biz, registration with ABCE for independent traffic audits and the addition of Paul Loughrey to the trade editorial team.
