Real E$tate Empire released
Terrace, BC - February 14, 2006 - Rusty Axe Games, a developer and publisher of downloadable game software, has released Real E$tate Empire, an exciting new game based upon the concept of buying, fixing and selling houses. The most comprehensive real estate simulator on the market today, Real E$tate Empire features a simple to use interface that quickly and painlessly introduces all of the major concepts in buying, fixing and selling houses for fun and profit.
Players can choose from one of a number of attractive female and male in-game images and then play the game using one of five career paths. The game is primarily played using a top down view of a small city across the time span of a decade. Each turn lasts a month and the player must take into account housing prices, house condition, their in-game character's strengths, current and predicted economic conditions and trends, season of the year, and their current cash flow situation. Flip a few houses to quickly establish a stronger credit rating, buy up some inexpensive fixers and cherry them out for top dollar, buy everything you can find in the late Fall and flip it quick in the Spring while riding on credit fumes - this game puts you in charge and lets you do it all. An internet based score board lets everybody compete for bragging rights.
