The best Counter-strike players in Sweden will compete on the legendary 1vs1 QTOUR stage, visited by some of the best gamers in the world...
LUDDELUFF is back to defend his title..
The champion of QTOUR Championship in 2006 Luddeluff is coming back to defend his title. We will see famous players like Spawn, GeT_RiGhT, walle, face, blomstar, Jaegarn and Mr QTOUR himself Miguel "Quick" Bonett is back to try again! Miguel "Quick" Bonett (A-laget, Adrenaline, Team9, Team NOA) and winner of Electronic Sports World Cup 2003 with team9. Quick's 1vs1 history: 1815 wins out of 1835 matches and only 20 losses. Quick is known for his calm and focus and will be a hard competitor to beat.
It can happen again!
QTOUR Championship Sweden will host some of the best and most well known Counter-Strike players of all time. Now it´s YOUR chance to play against the best. Last time QTOUR Championship was held in Sweden 2006 Luddeluff came from the qualifier and won against Spawn in the finals. It can happen again and it migth be you!
QTOUR Championship format!
We will use the same tournament structure as we did in Norway and Finland, with a single elimination bracket. 14 players will be invited from the country where the QTOUR Championship is held and a pre qualify will resolve into the final 16 players for the final tournament. The 16 players will play in a single elimination bracket best out of 3 rounds and first to 20 wins the round. It has to be a 2 points difference. Players are allowed to use their own mouse, keyboard and mouse pad.
QTOUR Championship Sweden!
The QTOUR Championship Sweden will take place at The Headspin lan party, Fryshuset in Stockholm between 17th to 19th of August. On the 17rd of August a pre qualify will be held on the QTOUR stage to announce the 2 qualified players to the finals. The finals will be played on the 18th of August on thee QTOUR main stage. Signups to the pre qualify are happily received at our desk during the 17th of August.
