Purge Jihad v2.3.0 Released for Free Public Download

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

JANUARY 6TH, 2005

Freeform Interactive LLC is proud to announce a new milestone in the development of Purge Jihad, a unique FPS/RPG hybrid powered by the Lithtech Talon engine. Available now as a free download from http://www.purgejihad.com, with a filesize of 346MB, version 2.3.0 modifies many of the weapons based on player feedback, as well as enhancing the interface.

"We're extremely excited to be launching this new version of Purge Jihad," said Freeform representative Robert Lacey. "We hope that veteran players and newcomers alike will be extremely impressed with the raft of new features and modifications that we've added to improve the game."

Purge Jihad is a new breed of multiplayer game, combining the best elements of the FPS and RPG genres to create a brand new style of gameplay. With eight unique playable classes, customisable characters, major and minor skills that dynamically affect gameplay and over 25 arenas to play in, Purge Jihad raises the bar for online multiplayer shooters.

Available to everyone as a single download, the free version is identical to the registered one, but with limited availability of character classes. All gamers play on the same servers, and there are no other restrictions on gameplay - and all without advertising or nag-screens!
